When to property taxes after buying a property tax exempt?
I bought an application Tax in March07, the fees are not assessed until November07. I will not be billed for the time being. Do I pay taxes for all of 2007, or just for November and since Dec07 did not exist before the tax.
It's worth a phone call to the tax assessor. Han parcel tax identification number handy.

Hi all, my husband and I have been pre-approved to bid on a HUD home and I only had to send my mother $ 3.200 to help get the house from foreclosure. Now we have to come up with the money in good faith to make an offer on the house. Are there programs that offer down payment assistance? Thanks in advance.
NO NO NO. But you may be able to go USDA to be 0% down.

Is there a big disadvantage for the transfer of a deed to the house but no official record?
My sister-in-a job that was facing foreclosure out at home, so have your mortgage (plus a little more) to their own house now as an investment.
