I know they may be fixers needing new paint, but are they legal and safe to live in? Would it be reasonable to expect a house to have working electrical working (maybe not up to current codes, but the lights still working), and be safe to occupy, and no mold or other serious safety hazards at this price range? Also would it be in a safe neighborhood to live in?
