How I can get an accepted offer on a foreclosure?
Although the market is flooded with foreclosures, it seems to me I can not get an offer accepted. If people in general well above the offer price list? Or is it just a game of luck? With thousands of job losses each month, and thousands of homes that are returned to banks, one would think that would be something easy to find something decent. Please help!
