Are there any legal recourse for purchasing a home that is dedicated to foreclosure after starting the deposit.?

We an offer on a house that was a short sale. After two months of waiting, we received verbal acceptance of the offer of the banks concerned, and went into escrow. After paying the appraisal of the house and go through the home inspection, the primary lienholder launched its payment amount that was much more high which was discussed by the owner does not pay your mortgage and penalties being assessed. This put him out of reach for the owner to pay off and has led the bank to start foreclosure process. This property was a shortsale because a second mortgage on it, the first bank now wants to close would be able to get all your money less penalties whether to go ahead with the deal. If we exclude no way that they will get an offer as high as the put, no matter the time and additional resources necessary for the foreclosure process and assume utility bills. Is there any way to enter this house without delay?

Just continue if you are in custody and will close before this is done. I hope you have the acceptance of both banks, otherwise you have no agreement at all, both they needed to sign off.

I Alway's interested in becoming a Realtor, I am concerned with the economy today than sales?

be spaced or do you think the housing market and foreclosures there will be a lot of people looking to buy while prices are lower? I'm in Connecticut and I know it's not a market, but vendors are people still buying? And how does it survive financially from fees while spending money on marketing?

People are buying, but from the best, this is not the time to start unless you have a group of friends and investors.

Investment strategies for a college graduate.?

I graduated from college without debt and probably go to work for a firm defense of a great tee shot good salary. My question is to invest my hard earned money. Where do I address the question of market research a mutual fund that has a low rate and focusing on the purchase of undervalued securities on the long term, or attempt to enter a foreclosure which is not damaged in a decent neighborhood and try to correct a little. I want to do both. Am I eligible for a VA loan that requires a bit down and lock in lower fixed rates, but I think there is a provision of insurance, but I do not look that it is a long term home. I probably sell when the market rebounds. I will also try to start a business on the weekend to investigate prosecutors on charges viable. Any advice would be appreciated.

Not much. Start a Roth IRA to fund a low cost S & P Index (Vanguard, fidelity or T Rowe Price). It's not as exciting as the collection of its own actions and communication, but it is a solid base to start. After have about $ 10k, then branch out to small capitalization or sector funds.

How much should I offer on a foreclosure?

I found a house I am interested in excluding purchase (primary residence no turn). The sale price $ 168,000 are being sold as is (it is still a good deal of similar houses, the age and size from over 200K in this area). the house is about 5 years old. I did an investigation and found that the exclusion is due to bank $ 135,550 of debt. The house still looks like new, but needs some minor repairs/clean-up- pending the actual results of my professional inspector. How much should I offer? The least and the maximum for offer. and shhhh! … I still offer the asking price, because it seems a good deal, but I have yet to see if I can get a good deal of this agreement. Thanks to all for your answers and advice

The banks know what they are doing. With the current mortgage crisis, banks are using lower prices to reel buyers and create a bidding war. I can not say how many messages I've seen recently that people say they offered the sale price was divided by the thousands. How much Time has been on the market? If it's been more than two months, no less than 135K offer – chances are, they will not accept less than 10% (151K) outside its sticker price, but you can try. If it's been less than a month, we offer the sale price.
