When you go through a foreclosure can apply for a couple of weeks to stay?

My friend went through an execution mortgage – and the sheriff came to his house and gave out a few days, the sheriff may grant him a week or two to clear the property? property is in Los Angeles. or in this case, where you can request an extension? court? mortgage company?

Of course not, the sheriff has to stop trepassing death rate. The Commissioner himself is guilty of contempt of court if they were to carry out its functions and clear an intruder out of someone elses property.

Tell me about the foreclosure process and how it affects your credit?

We are considering this option. A foot and start again. If the mortgage 3x is what our house is worth. There are many in the same boat in our community. My husband has three digits and full-time job, paying the second mortgage. Recently I have been out of work recovering from surgery and my family and I have found my time at home has been very valuable. I have a child of 8 who struggle with studies and our son will be entering college at FSU. He has one year 4 grant and will be a great success. Our current home mortgage more than it is worth and what I need to know from a Christian biblical perspective, if the lock is the way forward. A new beginning. What is the downside? How long before you can purchase another house? What possible could go wrong? What seems so awful? Someone, please give us the good, the bad and the ugly.

First Instead I'll tell you about the foreclosure process. Then I'll tell you about pitfalls and issues related to foreclosure -. Exclusion is behind in payments monthly mortgage. Your bank decides how to recover your investment is foreclosing. They will file a notice to foreclose and obtain an appointment court. A judge on the side of the mortgage company that is your right to recover, (and sell) property. The property will be auctioned. You have 3 days to move after the auction property. Since you will be informed on this matter in advance, you can quit before it really happens. possible pitfalls and problems of credit to the trash. Its scores from slipping while you are losing and payments go 30 – 60 – and 90 – for the past days. Any credit will be made aware of this and cards imposing more credit interest rates on you because they see their credit deterioration. Once you really through foreclosure (in court) there will be a record in your credit report too. This basically prevents you from buying a house for 3-5 years. 3 years if your credit is perfect after that and you have a large down payment – as 5 years for most people. Credit scores are used by insurers to set rates. They have noted that people with poor credit tend to make more claims (valid for homeowners, renters and car insurance). Some work require a credit check to obtain and may deny employment based on poor credit scores. Whether your loan is a 'resource' or borrowing "without recourse" is very important. If you are lucky and have a non-recourse loan the lender takes the difference between what you owe (which is all a bit greater than it should, now due to attorney fees and late fees) and finally sell the property and issue a 1099. This is a form that says government that this money should be considered income to you. The federal government realized that this would cause thousands of people to declare bankruptcy and have a the tax break for the year 2008. Most states have not reached the federal government offer and be counted as taxable income on your state (Florida, tax free state income tax would be lucky). If your loan is a bank's loan application is allowed to get a suit for deficiency against him for the difference. If you can not (or choose not to) pay the verdict, the bank can return to court to force you to pay for garnish your wages and ensure that tax refunds, etc, are sent directly to them. If you have savings and assets, the court can force be used to pay the verdict. The only way to get the stop is to file for bankruptcy. We then get another house is farther than 5 years. Therefore, a loan may have to resort to bankruptcy or to receive their wages garnished. Having to move and rent for years Fear is considered by many people. It is difficult to find a good place to rent with bad credit score. I can not answer from a Christian biblical perspective, but I can say that from the moral point of view, leaving a house in foreclosure when you can avoid unethical. It was agreed to borrow money interest rates and payments (the bank made any guarantees about the underlying asset value – if you do a lot of money is not the bank pay a premium, but when you are potentially lose the money they are asking the Bank to take the loss.) By not paying again, you are not honoring their word. Of course there are cases when it is forgivable moral for do that, but they are few and far between. These are difficult decisions and we do have a serious impact on your financial health and flexibility in the next decade. good luck!
