Where I can find informaion on foreclosures in Pima County Arizona?

I searched thoroughly Pima County Register website la my only way forward was to find out how to find the notice of sale "… to search yields only vague and unorganized lists of file numbers. My goal is to find the information and what is in realtyrac.com. As I'm sure is all public information I want to do without paying for it, or having to visit recorders office staff (probably RealtyTrac can find this information online). Any adivse on how to easily access information on foreclosure in Pima County, as well as information on public auction ads would be greatly appreciated!

Foreclosure after bankruptcy?

My husband and I were presented side by side several (5) years of failure, and our house was included in bankruptcy, but continued making payments to stay at home. Due to the shitty economy and the loss of income (stupid economy) that are no longer able to stay home and continue payments. We have received "pre-foreclosure" notice, but they say that basically if you are in bankruptcy is for informational purposes only. Every time we talk with the bank that lets us know that we are not responsible for the mortgage. What exactly does that mean and what if we go with the foreclosure? I refer to our credit is already bad state of bankruptcy … We live in MT. It also did not sign a reaffirmation …

It seems that you did not file a reaffirmation agreement with the bankruptcy court when it declared bankruptcy. This means that personal responsibility the mortgage debt was discharged in bankruptcy. However, the mortgage holder is free to foreclose on the house if at any time you get behind on their payments. It seems this is what they are doing. The statement that is for "informational purposes only" if you are in bankruptcy does not apply to you (you do not have a bankruptcy case currently active.) Creditors put him there with the hope that if the notice sent to someone who is bankrupt, the suspension shall not be violated automatically imposed by the bankruptcy, which prohibits creditors from attempting to collect a debt while the debtor is in bankruptcy. In fact, many courts have held that this waiver is not it that lower the hook for the violation of the stay, if the recipient is in bankruptcy. But, as mentioned, this does not apply to your situation, and are not currently in bankruptcy. If you are behind on their mortgage payments, the mortgagee may foreclose on the house. You have to move.

How long to wait in a tax foreclosure / inclined to be yours in Phoenix, AZ?

Tax Forclosers / Advice of his arn't picific amount of time during which the owner to return and pay taxes. If they do this time is you (the side that pays the taxes). So I want to know how long to wait to be totally yours. You can also live for that period

The period of Rescue AZ is 3 years. The owner retains the title during this period, it fails to take possession or to live in it. At the end of the period Redemption can take on the privilege if it has not been redeemed with interest (currently 16% per year). If the previous owner does not leave the property, will continue to go to the expulsion
