		<description>I would think you should continue to pay your rent because when the home is purchased the purchasor would still have to give you notice at least 30 days to vacate.  

I would check with a landlord tenant attorney in Ca.  Maybe the new purchaser would take ownership of the home with the lease agreement, so you would get to finish out your lease contract.</description>
