Real Estate Foreclosures Texas
Real Estate Foreclosures Texas

Is it permissible for a seller to wait for a verbal agreement to be submitted in writing eventhough gave us the first offer?
We recently put an offer on a house foreclosure. We have submitted written, and now the real estate agent selling the house says he has a verbal agreement with another person and who are waiting to submit their bids in writing. Is this type allows to do this? Should not our offer arrival since we were the first submit it in writing? We live in Texas. Any advice on what we can do? Thank you!
As always they have not accepted your offer can be expected from pigs to fly and hell freezes over if they wish. Hopefully that included a deadline for them to accept or reject the offer, they at least put a little pressure on them.
