How I can know when a house was foreclosed on?
How I can know when a property was seized? I had rented a house … discovered there was a foreclosure sale in this … the owner kept trying to collect rent from me after the hours I was sold. She is suing in small claims, but I want to know if it was to charge for rent AFTER longer owned the property. I'm in Missouri if that helps.
If you know a realtor in your area to contact them and they can search the tax records. Otherwise check to see if your office of County recorders have an online database.
