Why do people assume that funding for the Housing plan calls for another stimulus?
Currently, funding comes from funds allocated in the fall. From the article: Leading the Obama plan is a homeowner $ 75,000,000,000 Stability Initiative, which would provide a series of incentives to mortgage lenders in an attempt to convince them to help up to 4 million borrowers on the brink of foreclosure. The goal: reduce monthly mortgage payments to sustainable levels, defined as no more than 31 percent of the owners rent. The funding would come from the 700 billion industry bailout $ passed by Congress last fall. People are so quick to jump on the case of Obama. Why people are not reported? Some people are so in tune with the idiots on the radio and television do not watch these things for themselves. It is a side effect of our poor public education system failing.
