Help with a commercial lease?
My landlord's property is in foreclosure. I was advised by the party ruled out as before … Now the owner says he will sue me for rent. Do you have a foreclosure and the fire violations Marshall stop my lease?
Do not know what state or country you are in. I would say probably so. But laws vary from state to state. Ask your trial court if it thinks appropriate.
