I live in Florida and the bank just filed for foreclosure. How long do I leave my home?
I received the documents from 2 weeks ago our bank is foreclosing on our house. I have received no additional information but are not fighting against exclusion. The truth is that no we can afford our homes due to job loss of my husband. How long before we were expelled, and what is the notification process of this eviction? It may just appear without warning and kick us out? I'm confused. Thank you.
Each institution is different and distinct Guidlines the best way to know with certainty that we call the bank or the number on the letter that has arrived, I won some say lasts 3 months and then say I have made appear knocking on your door and you have to leave, not surprised to Iwould call the bank and see how long I have.
