How I can "answer" a subpoena lien foreclosure in Florida?
i was given a citation for the foreclosure but my condo association yesterday. it says I have 20 days to 'answer'. What does this mean? How do I respond? Do I have to go to court or I can call the American National Standard or association attorney to resolve or make a payment plan?
