My house is going into foreclosure?
my house is going into foreclosure. sale date is 03/03/1909. Do I have to be beyond that date or give me more time to go?
Star, I'm sure you've been served a notice of sheriff's sale appears to be place on 03/03 as you said. This notice must also tell you how long you can stay at home. Some states allow 6 months from the date of sale Amer. If you notice does not require this information, you can call the local sheriff's office for that information. I am sorry you are facing this.
