Free Classifieds exclusion?
I'm trying to find a website that lists free (free trial) lists of foreclosures, either by bank transfer or auction. Can anyone site? I live in Pittsburgh, PA by the way if it's important. Again, to search for listings completely free. Thank you.
Frankly, you're so good to contact your local REALTOR since about 97 percent of foreclosures are listed with real estate agents for disposal. To be able to bid at public auction real, you can get that from the local land office, which has a list of requests for foreclosure. Note that lenders are always present to bid in auctions running, and not let these properties be sold in less than what they think they can get through a conventional sale. Lenders offer to the market value of the properties of exclusion and they know what they are worth because they have to make assessments on them before the auction happens.
