I moved in march 1 2010, on march 15 a process server came to my door named me as Jane Doe in a foreclosure process to the owner of the house i live in Orlando, Florida.
I have contact the property management company that i rented the house and they said that i don’t have to worry as this can take 1.5 years to be solved and i don’t have to move out.
But in case i do have to move out who is going to cover the amount i spent on moving from another state?
Do i HAVE to move out or not?
and to who i have to pay the rent, do i keep paying to the managment company or the bank?
You really do not need to worry about it. Worst case scenario you have a 90 day notice to vacate.
You pay for your own moving expenses..
