Is there a website where I can find bank foreclosures in Detroit, MI? I have been in a few websites, but you must enroll in a trial, and do not want to do that. Is there a website that does not have to sign up for a test? Can someone please help me! It is very urgente. "Thank You

You can find a home that needs very little to nothing to be fixed around $ 34,000 – $ 70,000 + in good neighborhoods. Just search the Local MLS or get a real estate agent who specializes in foreclosures. I bought one that was in better condition then most homes the sale by the owners. They just need new paint and carpet and the rest move in ready. Some may have holes in the wall or the owner may have broken windows By the way, but do not let that scare you away because it is a cheap solution! Good luck!
