Work Reorganization
Should I ask who moved back to my previous unit?

My office has undergone some reorganization. My boss was transferred to a new drive and gave me the option of joining him. I said yes after some time. Now I realize that I love my old drive and work. Everyone resolved at this time after the reorganization and I hate my new unit and is a job. I return to my old unit. If you wonder if a transfer back is possible. Now he's a great boss, but the only thing that I realized that the work is crap. I do not want to hurt his feelings and he trusted me and not want to risk the wrath of my head of department. I do not want people to have a bad impression on me, most people including my boss thinks I'm a good worker. If I tell how I feel and asked to be moved back. help me out here guys.

Get new knowledge is never a loss. You made that choice and must deal with it. Instead of complaining about the work, why not make it a personal challenge to find an interesting aspect of his new job every day? Perhaps by the time you run out of these new and interesting things you find that you do not mind the job, after all. In the corporate world, the reverse is equivalent to failure. Want to send the message to his boss and the owners of companies that fills you from your new job? Asking for a transfer back to his old position will be at least is locked in that position for the rest of his time with the firm.
