Foreclosure question you can answer this for me a lawyer?

I could be facing foreclosure soon. Does the mortgage company will offer the opportunity to move your stuff or just come and say get out? Does anyone out there been through this?

I buy mortgages, so I'm on the other side of this issue. When the house up for sale on the court or is purchased by the bank or investor. If you are an investor it has the right to change the locks as soon as they registered the fact. Sometimes writing is given the same auction day and sometimes it takes about a week to get writing. If no other offers that the bank then the bank will change the locks. Depending on the bank could be that day to several months. It depends on the size of bank. It is best to have your stuff out before the auction date. If you are unsure about when the auction will be held please contact the bank or look in the classifieds premises in the legal section. Good luck to you.
