Can anyone tell me what is the cause of this situation of exclusion at national level?

Lately, there have been lots and lots of problems with homeowners and this foreclosure problem. Even celebrities such as (more recently) Ed McMahon and Evander Holyfield facing execution home mortgage faces. Is this national problem has to do with high-risk types in the real estate market which may include brokerage firms, or may be people from all walks of life is struggling to keep their finances and enter into deeper debt so prevalent? Maybe it's a matter of overspending in various papers when they go shopping or it may be that consumers are simply wasting their money on trash! This inquiring mind would like to know.

You are on track with his thoughts on various causes. One that was excluded from the weapons that people signed up for (Adjustable Rate Mortgage). The lower the rate, the lower your payment, the more house you can pay less. But when interest rates start to go, many people can no longer afford the same house. They were also unable to sell the entire property market declined. As they left behind, foreclosure loomed. Some of the practices of lenders is considered abusive. People did not know what they were getting into, because they were not invited to the lenders or pushed things through borrowers, even those who do not qualify. Add to what buyers did not investigate, do not read the fine print, do not understand the basic financing and loan, etc. Some people are just greedy. They wanted mcmansion one, and had face financial problems later. The real estate market, although separated from lenders, plays a part as well, as they often push people to buy the biggest house they can afford (the old philosophy was that their incomes would rise each year and make housing more affordable). The problem is not posed the way it used to (does anyone beside me remember 10% raise?) In all, many things have contributed to the problem. We all serve ourselves better by learning more about purchasing a home and obtain a loan from lenders and real estate knowledge.
