What closing costs does not pay to buy HUD foreclosure? What you pay it? Any use websites?
In the process purchase of a HUD excluded, 1st time homebuyer% HUD pays up some (cannot rememeber exactly what yet), but only have to pay for certain items and that's what I was thinking. Ex will not pay for attorney fees.
HUD / FHA has no home. HUD is the government agency regulates the FHA. FHA insures loans. The fact lender owns the property. That is why HUD / FHA does not pay closing costs. They do not own the properties.
