Foreclosure Utilities
The proper way to remove mold from a basement?

A house I am thinking of buying a foreclosure, had utilities turned off for more than a year. As a result, mold is formed in masonry, roof tiles, and carpets in the basement of the redo. I am a big do-do it yourself, so I'm taking, but this is my first home. I want to do it safely, but I want to know all the steps to do so without spreading mold throughout the house, and you know, die and other things. thanks!

you must be very careful doing this and bleach is not the answer, m attaching a web sit to go to Home Depot has a new product it is safe to use and should cover the area with a garden sprayer, a pump bottle and use the least r-22 and remove mold resporator meterial is not just about the growing serfise any Poris that, as the cast and the bag in the garbage bags to take your http://www.toxic-black-mold-info.com/moldclean Tim. htm
