Foreclosure Maine
Foreclosure. . .?

Hello, my house is running and set to go on auction on 26 July. The mortgage company we use is Ameriquest, which has been sued by our state (Maine) and other states as well as to write bad loans. Because of this, we can argue that exclusion is not reasonable and should work more with us? Just wondering if we can use the class action on our behalf.

Hello, please get first. Once people learn of the foreclosure no more than a few scams. First, if you are in foreclosure, you have not paid your mortgage for at least three months. Which also means for any reason, you had financial problems. Ask, yourself. Am I out financial problems and I can pay my mortgage. If the answer is yes and has equity in the home, you still have options. You will have to refinance your home to get out and you can still end up with a decent pay. Or you can go to a portfolio lender, known as hard money. They will give money to catch up with their payments. Again, from the above, you should be able to make payments. If you can not afford the payments. The only other option is to sell the property before the bank does. Then, it will show as payment as agreed in your credit report and your FICO score will go up because you have paid a debt in full. The lates still be there, but will pay. To determine where you need to know: What is your FICO score as much equity you have in your home Are you working and receiving income, where your property …. very important things to know. First know your score. If the medium is less than 500 then you must obtain a hard money loan, but you must have at least 25% of capital. If more than 520 may be a lender of subprime mortgages, but it should be at least 40% of equity. Remember that payments will be high. Again, make sure you know what all your options before proceeding. You do not want to take out another loan and still end up in foreclosure owing more. Remember, if you choose to make the loan, you will pay all taxes on foreclosure. Attorneys' fees, reinstatement fees, etc. Pick your options carefully. Hope that helps!
