Foreclosure Proceedings In Florida

A recently deceased person, owns 25% in fact only one home in Florida.?

The house is currently in foreclosure proceedings, but due to current housing problems are driving our lawyer to prolong the process. May be a year before the foreclosure is satisfied. The question I have is how does a foreclosure effect of the succession of the deceased was a 25% ownership of fact only. Its 25% goes to me (her daughter) and and I have 25% interest in the facts only. The other 50% owner is the only mortgage. HELP!

In this situation it makes no difference. Of course, if you owe money to the state it is going to have to drive to 25%.
