Foreclosure After Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
After Bankruptcy What is your best choice to deal with a foreclosure?
I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I quit my property in bankruptcy. The property is now empty. Instead of letting the bank can foreclose that offer a dead in lieu of foreclosure added advantage of Mortgage foreclosure on my credit report. I just wanted to know if that could affect or reverse my bankruptcy in any way.
Its just going to have to start form the bottom again. Will take time to get everything back together again. But you can.
