Bankruptcy Foreclosure Minnesota
How long were you able to stay at home during a foreclosure?
I will stop paying my house from next month. Would know how long it was able to stay home from the moment he left to make the payment until they were forced to leave? I work with people who said they had to leave for almost a year! I know six months is usually what I read about. I just want to get answers form real people who have been in this situation! I live in Minnesota. My husband was in a motorcycle accident and was unable to work due to an injury to Brian and he still has a lot of therapy to go. I have already been downloaded through bankruptcy and I am ready to start looking for a new place that is closer to the hospital and cheaper since I am the only income. It will be hard to stop my house, but I have to do the best for my family. Thank you very much for you input!
In Minnesota …. We stayed in our house for 1 year and 9 months … immediately excluded because it takes more than six months to activate, and then another three months to get the paperwork to be sent to you, then you have a full year after that .. Official Notice so enjoy not paying the mortgage …… we moved to the three months before the eviction process full … Do not rush to exit …… but start looking for another place to rent …. with in the first nine months … more or less. Good luck to you!
