How Foreclosure Affects Your Credit
How many points of foreclosure will not affect your credit score?

It depends on how the rest of your application. If you have a lot of mortgage payments in the late pre-foreclosure, then it will be very bad and your score can fall into the 500. But if you have many other debts that are too late, then your score may fall even further, with less than 500. To maintain compliance with these debts, however, you may be able to maintain its rating, in the 600 low even with foreclosure. The credit bureaus look at your credit situation as a whole before assigning a rating. The exclusion will obviously be a negative mark, but can make the rest of the image look better, or worse, depending on your actions during foreclosure.
