My code for the conference of the IRS has changed from 1201 to 1221!?
Has this happened to someone else? If yes, when Do you have a refund? Really, really need my money. My house is about to go into foreclosure. Can anyone help? How long normally takes for a taxpayer to obtain a full refund in this case?
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to speed process. His statement was removed for manual control. If the IRS needs additional information will contact you shortly. You should CP05 receive a letter next week or so we say the delay and may or may not give a reason for the delay. If the IRS did not provide information within 3 weeks CP05 of the letter can be called at that time. The customer service people at the IRS has no information to at least 3 weeks after the date of the letter as soon as possible CP05. Most of the time when this happens is because it is a refundable credit on your statement (or EIC FTHB usually) which falls somewhat outside the "normal" parameters. Because the amounts of money involved in these claims, which are targets for fraudsters trying to return to the IRS. The IRS is examining these claims over approximately a result of fraudulent activity by some past taxpayers. Even if his statement is being reviewed, the IRS may release a portion of your refund that is not in question. This is usually an amount equal to the compensation excess tax withheld after the deployment of any doubtful accounts.
