Bank Foreclosures Ohio
Does the court must notify us when our house has been executed in whole and for the sheriff's sale?

Our house was foreclosed at. We open all emails from our customers of the court and lawyers for the bank. We do not have a lawyer to ourselves. We learn from the computerized control system of the court that the closure order was signed by the judge in November, but I never received notice of any kind. Today we realize that the home was set for Sheriff's sale next month and again, never had any warning. This does not seem right. We are on Ohio. Is this acceptable and if not, what can we do? To clarify – It was not possible in court. We learned of the sale, but received no notice from the court or any other person. We do not deny the fact that we have to go, we are trying to plan and it is difficult to do when you are not getting the warnings given to us by law. Even poor people have rights debt. Seized by the bank.

So I should have known that you do not have much time if not paid the bills. But if you were paying bills and all that then have a case. The letter saying he was set for sale is the announcement of forcloser. It is perfectly acceptable because they were not paying their bills and that's what happens to people who do not pay. What this is happening to you, but there's nothing you can do.
