I have to answer a summons from the HOA, please help …?
Hello, My Hoa is suing me for not paying the maintenance fee. The house is in foreclosure and I intend to keep. I received a summons for 2 reasons: 1 for a lien on the property and another for monetary damages. Is there a form letter to respond to this call. I have 20 days to respond. I live in Orlando Florida. Thanks
You have to present in court, not to write a letter. Include your evidence that you are not liable to pay the fees. Include the numbers of the exact law you are using for their excuse.
