What are my options when the land is lost to someone standing, but no lease?
I have excluded some property back to my name I am wanting to go to inspect the property. I do not want to evict them if they are taking care of the place … not have a contract of any kind with them. Does the implementation a mortgage / forfeiture of the property to my name to cancel any previous agreement rental and leasing? and what are my options for fixing the situation.
