My Apartment Foreclosure
lease is broken on the credit report as foreclosure?!?
In refinancing my house, they found in my report foreclosure credit of $ 700 for a lease that had broken six years ago. How have this as a foreclosure? There was no title, was just a regular lease. I can not get ahold of the housing company and I can not get you off my credit report.
to go to www.annualcreditreport.com and the dispute it. but no matter what he says he is not a foreclosure, since it was never an installment loan – a charge his or outside record of public accounts
