We are trying to find a home listed anywhere Lis pendens – REO. What would be our best source?
Since the market is flooded with distressed properties, we feel that we could get more on the type of property we want – home with some acreage – in looking through these lists in southern New Jersey. I found a number of Internet services, but it seemed more geared to investors. We just want to find a home for ourselves. That I can do a lot of research (and now) and found some interesting perspectives on my own. A buyer agent to help in this situation?
