the destruction of foreclosures – the consequences?
I keep reading about people refuse to pay their mortgages, sale of equipment and accessories, even elimination of copper pipe and wreck the place I finally evacuated. This behavior is disgusting. I do not think that anyone who does this always must get another mortgage. Do you show on your credit report?
I do not think that shows up on your credit, but I do know is that some banks are now going after these robber with a criminal prosecution. An agent friend of mine told me he had owned a bank and then list the previous owner returned Mortgage and took everything including the garage door. This bank processing and won! I think we'll see more of this in the coming months and years, as the dust begins to settle in the mortgage mess.
