"I can be sued for back rent, no lease or no profit for me?

Well, a little more in depth, which had lost my job and pay rent on time up. When I lost my job, my owner gave me a job for her. At this point, I had never signed a lease and utilities were absolutely none in my name. My boss / owner leagally never hired me, which means it was never in the system or filling out forms Legal. Meanwhile, on the side of the owner, means the place was in response to minimum wage. The house then went into foreclosure, and asks me give only what I could. Not logged in the job means no legal payroll was taken and she was paying less than it really was working. Now my question, can legally sue for back rent or utilities, while violating the labor law and a short on my payment, while a house is running a mortgage?
