Who do I contact for information on my rights as a tenant of a house in foreclosure?
I live in the City Panama, Fl and the homeowner is goin through foreclosure. She is waiting to hear back from your lawyer or your mortgage company going to work out a deal with him or not. I'm so confused about my rights as a tenant and need to know whether to continue to pay rent or move on and move on. Please help!
Ready to go. His contract is not valid 30 days after its final notice to terminate residency.
