Texas Right Of Redemption Foreclosure

Bought a foreclosure, a lien and tenants in Texas?

I just bought a property in the execution of Mortgage auction. He had a $ 30,000 IRS lien after I paid and had no idea. Now, the property has tenants in it. I know the right Redemption means that I pay the auction price, plus interest, but also to repay the 30,000 with or without interest? I know there is a right of redemption, 6 months, but during this time that the tenant's rent? 1 reply said that two yes. I found this online recently but I do not understand. If somebody I'm not sure you can get the answer from there. can someone please help and I thank you very much for the answers yet. http://law.onecle.com/texas/property/209.011.00.html

If you're religious, pray like crazy that this type does not or can not be redeemed. You have a real disaster if you choose to buy. Regarding tenants rents, is also due and payable those with a valid title to the property, and I guess it yet. Thus, rents are owed to you. However, if you choose to rescue, will refund the rents collected. Relating to the payment of dues to the IRS, do not have to pay that back to you, with or without interest. If the repurchase, be liable for the amount you paid at auction, plus interest on that amount. The IRS lien is not a part of them. Do you know who has done a very poor purchase?
