Sell my house for less or refinance and add value?
I've been trying to sell my home.I m 'in the third buyer, and I'm getting less of the half of what is worth.Problem exclusion is a month and a half I away.Wells Fargo Bank is offering to refinance at 8.50%. Remember, Wells Fargo is the only Who did not need a bank bailout and have not received a since.President Bush and Chaney or a little forced its president, is true.Sorry, dens me.So last point is the risk of Housing prices = 0 in the near future or that they be allowed rise.Or walk away from my family home ownership since 1967 that I changed to another world.Or sell it for nothing and let they turn back to normal.Kinda answered my own question, maybe.Thanks!
