How can I rent a house or condominium from a private owner in Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach and Jupiter?
Single mother of 12, son and very limited funds. Last house was rented to people who do not pay our rent and mortgage the house was not possible. Intracoastal home now without A / C. the home is over 100 degrees.Owner not going to solve and the application code has visited. Bad home. Need help please. Used company's property management not check for issues of foreclosure. We are in a limited time. Is there a website for homeowners who deal directly with tenants on the move in funds that are not extreme??
